The inmate has not been able to get through on the phone. He has called over 10 times back to back and is unable to get through to me.
Multiple inmates are complaining of the same issue. He is at the Okeechobee Correctional Institution. We cannot speak to our loved ones.
Please fix this issue. This has been going on for about 4 days now.

I have been using the website to add funds to my nephew's phone account. All of a sudden, I cannot use any card online.
The payments keep getting declined. I contacted my bank and they advised me that the company is automatically reversing the charge. No one in customer service can tell me why my payments are declining. I am having this issue with my GTL advanced pay account and my gettingout.com account.
It is frustrating that I have to find a local place to add funds to the account. I tried setting up a new account, but because the phone number is already associated with my account, I cannot set up a new one with a different address.
Preferred solution: Able to use my card online.

One call costs $7.67 while your loved one is on the call and you managed to get through before being disconnected. If the call breaks up, you won't be refunded at all.

Every time I've had to call them, I've waited on hold for at least 20 minutes, listening to the music. I've had this account for many years and I've had many different phone numbers over those few years.
The phone numbers that I no longer have are still in my app, where I go to add money. I've requested several times for the no longer active phone numbers to be removed, because several times the money has gone to the wrong account. This has happened at least five times, causing me to call them, wait on hold, and have the money transferred back to my card. I've asked them countless times to remove the no longer active numbers out of the queue and they will not do it.
Also, they charge you a service fee to put the money on, they tax you on the money, and then tax you for every call.
The taxes for a 30-minute call are almost as much as the 30-minute call. I wish there was another company that provided phone service to the Florida Department of Corrections, because this company is a nightmare.

'When will the tablets at North Branch, Cumberland, Maryland corrections be fixed? I am paying every single month so my husband can use his tablet, but yet, there's always some kind of interruption.
The tablets are off again today and I am not happy about this. Are we getting a refund for all the days the service is not being used? This is ridiculous. His ID # is 308****, last name Strong.
